Posted On: 07/26/2023 Edit: in response to your reply. Ive already told the front desk the reason i canceled my cleaning appointment which is due to the tooth pain the 'dentist' caused me. All they said was im sorry.

Review: This was my first time looking at positive reviews only and wish I looked at the negatives first. One of my teeth was hurting when i would bite down so I booked an appointment to make sure everything was okay. Someone named Dr Lam met with me after another dude took my xrays and teeth pics. The 'Doctor' hit my back teeth really hard with some metal instrument, when I got in my car my tooth was throbbing in pain. And now I'm in pain as I sit here and type and this was a week ago. Before my tooth pain only occurred when I would bite down now it just hurts for nothing. dr lam wanted me to brush my teeth in a certain way and said he'd write it down he never did and never even told me what this way of brushing was called. And I didn't like how he kept assuming my gums bled when I flossed when they actually never so i think he was just trying to sound like he knows what hes doing. And let me ask, why is everyone so young there? They looked younger than me. The website showed mature older dentists so I'm like where they at?? I was confused just seemed like a dental training center. They didn't do a cleaning for me they asked me to book an appointment for this week but as my tooth pain worsened I decided not to go. Also they have you sign papers and it's not updated. I emailed what the paper said I can to get my records and the email address said there's no such email so I spoke to the front desk he said it's info @ and not records @ . I emailed them quite a few days ago still havent received my records. I def do not recommend this place unless you don't mind being rushed practiced on and lied to. One thing they got going that I did like is how friendly everyone was so kudos to the staff on their politeness minus that one ghetto lady lol XKimmy A

Made me feel welcomed, helped, heard and answered. I mattered and wasn’t $$.

Ms. Yvette is so nice she remembered me and I haven’t seen her in a few years.
I went in thinking I had a tooth infection thank God it was just bothering me because I need a filling . Dr. Lam is amazing answered all my questions, made direct eye contact and explained everything I need to know he even humored me with my stupid remark of “I wish we had teeth like sharks lol”. I’m a dork. Yeah and shout to him for the temp fill in.
Ms. Kio, the receptionist was amazing, setting the tone for the office and being helpful by accepting me as a walk in on this morning. There was one other man and man he’s smooth I asked to use the restroom and Ms. Kio told me where it was but this dude was a few step in front of me, passing the restroom, in fact, and quickly did an arm movement to show me which door. 🙂. He also was the first person to greet me once I got in the back.
The Sunday team rock man! Oh and can’t forget the little lady who took my in room x-ray she was sweet and answered my questions.
Now if all restaurants, doctors offices, dentist office, hospitals could be like this in New York, I’d never want to leave. Chinyere W
