Posted On: 04/17/2023 'Let me start by saying that I’ve been coming to this dentist for like over 5 years. I use to come here and not really have any issues even had my Invisalign done here. But today I feel like was my last straw with this dentist place not only did I have an appt for 11 and waited over an hour standing up because they tripled booked their patients. Nobody apologized or explained why there was such a long wait. And then when I was called to the back to do my X-Ray one of the staff members bumped me and didn’t even apologize. I had to say something to her for her to say “Everybody hates me today, and how she’s sorry she didn’t mean to bump into me”. It was the principle that she wasn’t going to apologize if I didn’t say anything. Lately the wait here has been horrible and the staff is disrespectful and my cleaning also felt rushed. Definitely finding me a new dentist I’m disgusted! ' Natasia F
