Posted On: 06/16/2020 I made an appointment for June 9 2020 the day before my appointment they call me to say their going to be closed. Ok understand. Next rescheduled date not until June 21 2020.
They call me again day before. We need to reschedule we not open on Sundays. So why would you schedule my appointment on a Sunday. I asked to speak to someone in charge and they hung up on me. They are disorganized and unprofessional.
I will make sure to spread the word about them until they come correct BOOSKI 4

Dr. Epstein has the most patience I have ever seen especially with me because I know I'm a handful.

The rest of the staff Sabrina, Yvette are great and Stephanie is the worst!!! Just kidding. They're all great. They have all worked with me and I truly appreciate it. Dro The E

Posted On: 12/30/2019 Haven't been to the dentist in a bit and knew my time was overdue. Like many people, I was nervous to see a dentist. Ridiculous, I know. However, after visiting Lincoln Family Dental I'm mad at myself for not coming here sooner. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got seen right away Yvette was a joy to talk to. She's extremely nice, personable and very informative as we went over my X-rays. Xochti saw my cleaning and was very patient, thorough and very nice. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole cleaning. I am definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Posted On: 12/10/2019 Theres one lady in there that's very rude. I need work done on my mouth but insurance won't cover it (so they claim) Over $5,000 of work needs to be done. As I'm trying to explain to this said woman that I can't afford it, she dismisses me by walking away with an attitude and says ok well I'm letting you know now you're not gonna have your front teeth! I found that very rude and unprofessional on her part. In her head shes making it seem like I don't wanna take care of my situation when I reality I just cant afford it. Not to mention they like taking ppl for a ride for their money. back in like july or August they told me its i think $1500 or $1800 for antibiotic injections now that same woman is saying its $2500 . How does that make it easier for me?!. I'm sorry but I won't be going to that office anymore. I'll just get an evaluation at a different dentist and see what my options are. Kelly P

Posted On: 11/27/2019 I have a huge fear of the dentist ever since I was a child. I had a fantastic dentist, Jasmin who I loved as she ensured my visits were always pain free. Unfortunately she passed away and I had horrible experiences trying to find a new dentist until I came to Lincoln family dental. The staff was amazing. I came in for a extraction consultation and they were so helpful. Since I was having a wisdom tooth removed they referred me to a specialist unlike the last dentist who removed my wisdom tooth and I felt every thing even after 5 shots of anesthesia. I ended up getting a cleaning here which was less painful than I expected given how highly sensitive I am. I cannot recommend this place enough! Reallifewithamanda

Yvette. very knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice was spot on! Xochitl, did an amazing gentle cleaning. Thank you ! Alicia handled my xrays without a hitch! Sabrina up front got me in and out effortlessly ! All around it was a wonderful experience. thanks again Tia B

Posted On: 10/15/2019 I really enjoyed my visit here. I came in for a cleaning. The receptionist Sabrina was very welcoming and polite and greeted me when i came in. It was only about a 5 minute wait! The Dentist Michelle did a great job on my teeth and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back in 6 months. Coming here has also made coming to the dentist seem less intimidating for me, Everyone was really nice. I will be back in 6 months. Febe

Dr. D replaced a broken item as she has done in the past. I realized I can't eat everything I used to eat when I did not have braces. Braces don't like it!
And Julio's (assistant) customers service skills, 👌 excellent. He is kind, explains what he is doing, asks if one is okay while he's using his tools pulling left & right replacing brackets and colored wires. A good listener and patient. Kuddos kid! Carol M
