Posted On: 12/21/2017 Do NOT go here! I spent thousands on botched dental work and now have to pay thousands more to have it corrected. Place is a scam and the 'real' dentist ( Dr Lawrence) who is actually qualified is retired. The other dentists doing the work and unqualified and will ruin your mouth!!!! Any positive reviews on here must be family or friends of the practice. I would sue this office If i actually thought I had a shot at winning the case Lauren S

Posted On: 12/20/2017 I have been a patient for a little more than 3 years. I have found the office staff helpful and informative and the dentists are great. I have “bad” teeth and visit frequently. My bad teeth problems stem from work done 20+ years ago. If only I had that work done at Lincoln Dental I know that I would not have problems now. They have improved my smile! Pamela F

Posted On: 10/12/2017 The worst experience with the front desk person from the moment i called first time for an appt, so bad i dont want to give them a star at all because of her, but i will give them one for the rest of the crew. The way I see it is, the first person you see/speak with should be pleasant and patient and welcoming. Ms Jasmin who is at the front desk is none of these. The other staff i have no problem with, they were polite and attentive. Dental hygenist was great and took the time to address all my issues and explain them thoroughly, my only concern for this office is the front desk I don't understand how it is possible to have someone that interacts w/clients at this dental place on a daily basis and is the face of the facility, is allowed to treat ppl the way she does and it not be addressed. Clearly, i see I am NOT the first person that has encountered this experience based on the reviews, so why is it still continuing? She is RUDE, seems bothered with phone calls, she doesn't allow ppl to speak, rushes ppl off the phone, maybe she wants to give the dental place a bad reputation, good job honey! I will never ever receive services from this place again so long this person is still working there. She is giving your office and other staff a really bad name. Good luck with that. Claribel M

Posted On: 07/27/2017 I had to discontinue my medical treatment at this location and move to another dental office because of the performance at this site. The miscommunication and misleading information is more then I can handle at this location. I do not understand how making an appointment can be such a complex process that one might have a heart attack because of how stressful it is communicating with the receptionist. Sorry, Do need see why am i being stress out over the phone to make an doctor appointment with people who give you misleading information and make you wait in a lobby that is 100 degrees when it is only 85 outside. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! Steven C
