Posted On: 03/13/2024 This place is a joke, I started going here during Covid and this place is an absolute joke. I referred all my friends & family members here and it’s an embarrassment. I’m so confused at what they treat and what they don’t treat. I was convinced to get Invisalign during my first visit for which I paid $5000 out of pocket for. My treatment did not fix the my problems even after two refinement, so I stupidly went back and decided that wired braces will fix it.(this is bc it’s close by my home). I was offered the best price of $2500 after asking for a discount, being that I was convinced by them that Invisalign will fix it. After a couple months, my insurance informed me that I’m covered up to $2000 per calendar yr for wired braces and these people already charge me. Beware of treatments not covered by your insurances, they will charge you, apply for CareCredit on your behalf, which is what happen to my mom. My CareCredit was once charged by them just using my ssn, no ID needed to verify who you are. They will convince you to get the treatment, find ways for you to pay for it by applying for credits and then following up appointments are difficult to make, since the ortho doc is there twice a week. A month later and I cannot even get a word back from billing about my claims paperwork for my wired braces treatment. When I asked two weeks after dropping off the paper, I was told they are “busy”. Worse kind of people is the kind that try to make money off of you. Please do not use there services. Worse office and dentist you will ever go too. Do you know how hard you have to work to save 5,000? Instead of helping they want more money. Money hungry dentist. Anu G

Posted On: 02/19/2024 My Dad visited Lincoln Dental with pain in his mouth due to his denture chipped. We were told that authorization was sent to the insurance the very same day we were there on Jan 7th, and we need to wait 4-6 weeks for a response. It's been 6 weeks, and I've been reaching out. However, the Call Center always relays the message to the office, and I never received a call back. Therefore, I visited the office to follow up and was told nothing was sent to the insurance. My dad has been in pain for weeks, and this dentist center neglected to take proper procedures to treat him. Horrible service, and I do not recommend this center to anyone. Kimbaly H
