Posted On: 01/26/2024 My father had a consult here yesterday and this place was so disappointing! There is no patient privacy, they are unprofessional and unorganized. They advised me I had to pay a copay and said I had no coverage, didn't verify my insurance and tried to charge me for services without verifying anything. I have insurance and no copay's so I already knew this was off to a bad start. I was stuck in a room with no apology or information on what is going on until I had to walk out. The least I expected was an apology however when I voiced my complaints they said 'go ahead and leave then'. I have some major dental concerns that a doctor couldn't even take the time to open my mouth and look at. Instead, asks me: 'why are you here' then say's I will be back and doesn't even acknowledge me for an entire hour until I walked out of the room to ask what is going on? Establish a kind and professional atmosphere it would do your business a lot of justice. Disgraceful! R P

Office manager (Julio) tried to upsell me on a service worth $5,000 while I was on the dentist chair. Tried to force me to go into debt (take out a loan) on a service that is not worth that much. Went with a modern competitor at 88% decrease in price. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Patricio M

Posted On: 01/09/2024 This place is a horror house my 66-year-old dad went in for a cleanup. Next thing you know he was missing four teeth that they just just extracted without full permission from him. They made him sign some forms telling him that that’s the only way he can be seen next thing you know he had a paper saying he owes $11,000 be careful With this place specially the office management team horrific, especially Virginia, Lillian and Shakia. If you go to this place, trust and believe me, you will deal with either something missing out of your mouth or missing out of your pockets. Jinda B

All of the staff was friendly, no wait at all, dentist was nice, & hygienist Mike was quick, but thorough with my cleaning. He gave me great tips for my teeth hygiene too. Definitely recommend !
