I received a cleaning today I believe from Dr Lora I’m not sure if that’s how you say her name but she was so gentle. For the most part they are always on time but today is the first time I’ve experienced them running behind time & each & everyone of them were so apologetic! They are my go to! Loma L

Posted On: 02/13/2023 I had a great experience. I was thanked for being new to the practice by each person I interacted with. They have all upgraded equipment, its clean, organized, professional and didnt have to wait for my appt. Yvette and Lana (my hygienist) were awesome. As were the front desk staff.

Update as of 8/17: I went for my 6 month check up and was disgusted. I had someone cleaning my teeth that didn't know what he was doing I had to remind him that he didn't clean a few of my teeth, he said 'oh you want me too' 'yes please aren't you suppose to be cleaning my teeth' 'oh yeah I got distracted' he rubbed the powder on some of my teeth and that was it. My entire face was wet when I asked for a shield he challenged me that dentist don't give shields when I said I've had shields and or items to protect my face before he wanted to know the name and address of my former dentist which I glady pulled up in my phone contacts. Lastly, he was adamant that I come on Tuesday when I figured out he meant Tues in 6 months he said yes because I'm not here. I said 'oh you don't want to see me, that's fine I don't want to see you either you don't know how to clean teeth well'. His response was 'yes Tuesday is when the dental hygienist is she she knows how to clean teeth'. He was adamant that I get out of the chair now and he would help me make an appt I said no I'm good, I don't need anymore appts here and walked out. He was a young male Asian staff person. I've never had such an experience in my life and will NOT be going back. They were over an hour behind schedule but that doesn't mean you treat your patients that way, you can call and ask people to come in later if possible to minimize wait times and release some of the stress on the staff. But it felt like they were more concerned about charging for CPT codes than their patients. Aliana S

Posted On: 02/09/2023 It was Leah's worst experience with a dental clinic ever. I went for a regular dental cleaning. The dentist did not take me 5 minutes, maybe less. I didn't even feel that he did anything to me. When I asked him about that, he says anything else that is not covered by insurance and that I have to pay for it. Although I brushed my teeth before with another doctor, he did a thorough and deep cleaning for me, and it took me a long time, and it was all for free. This was my first experience with this clinic and it will be my last. I will never deal with them again and never recommend them for anyone Manal Z

Posted On: 02/02/2023 My teeth have been perfectly fine and have had no major problems. I went to this location for the first time and was told my teeth were fine. All I did was go in for a teeth cleaning. After the visit, my teeth were extremely sensitive for a week (this had never happened going to any other dentist). Not only that, but shortly after my visit, a piece of my tooth chipped off! (I did/ate nothing to cause this). I now have a hole in my tooth and my gum is swollen. Lastly, I was pressured to get a fluoride treatment and was advertised as necessary. I have never been told by any other dentist to get this. It was an out of pocket treatment and it was not told to me (I had to ask if it was out of pocket). Had I not, I would’ve been charged. Never coming here again. Stephanie C

Posted On: 02/02/2023 I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place. Everything was nice and smooth till I said not to a 4.500 treatment. I went for my annual cleaning. The dentist left and told me to wait for the higienist. I waited around 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes people were coming in and out my room, but they stopped being polite. I took my things and I saw the dentist again. I tell her I been waiting more than 20 minutes and she was like ok, so I left.
They were really nice till I said not to the treatment that she recommended. She was too disappointed that my insurance doesn’t cover for more.
I don’t think that It is ok to treat people different for dont agree with you. By the way I was thinking on getting the treatment that she suggested and I will get it in a different office M L
