Posted On: 10/03/2022 This was my first visit at Lincoln Family Dental, I came in to fix a tooth by having it filled in again. Yvette was extremely supportive and helpful. She explained to me things no dentist had ever told me before about what was happening with my tooth every time it was filled and broke again. We decided a crown would be better than a fill and she assisted me in obtaining the credit for the crown and deciding which crown would be best for me to use. I got a cleaning and a temporary fix while we wait for my crown to come in. I am extremely grateful and will be making Lincoln Family Dental my primary dental office. Róyale_Rayn T

The hygienist spent less than 5mins scraping around my gum, had me rinsed and polished my teeth. There was no flossing, brushing nor anything like that. It was so brief. Won’t go again. I’ve been to dentists before but this was the worst Dera Y

Posted On: 06/27/2022 I had a very bad experience there 131st Rockway blvd they just run a business under the name of Lincoln Family Dental I have miner problem with teeth they did a little check up and ask me to go to the specialist and gave me refferal ,SO,what u guys doing here if I need to go to another specialist because before I come to you I thought I could get a better treatment here. Very very disappointed. NEVER suggest it please don’t go there 👎 Kulwinder K

Posted On: 06/01/2022 Exceptional services, friendly patient service , very clean and organized office and equipment. I’ve had several issues with my mouth and with the help of these wonderful dentists I was able to fix all of them one at a time. They took very good care of me during the process and guide me accordingly with the necessary recommendations. I highly recommend them to everyone for your dental work. Their hours of operation are also convenient and appointments for schedule can be made easily -and if there’s an availability for an earlier time they call and inform you just in case you’re interested! They’re that good!!!!

Posted On: 03/25/2022 I had a bad experience with this location 131-14 Rockaway Blvd Queens New York. Lincoln family dentistry. My story is that in 2019 this office recommend me for an extraction to an external surgeon. They were they ones who was responsible to get me an authorization but when their office tried to get it they were denied. The way I found out that it was denied was at the day of the extraction at the surgeon office. I then went back to this office at Rockaway Blvd to find out why the claim was denied, they told me it was denied because the surgeon was at faulty for the denial. I asked them why it was the surgeon fault for the denial they couldn't tell me why but insisted that it was the surgeon office fault. This happen twice before I called my dental plan to get involved and to see why I am being denied for this service. The health plan after investigating reveals to me that it was the office of Lincoln family dentist fault for the denial and not the surgeon. they were some wrong code imputed from their side that is causing the denial. I went back to Lincoln Family Dentistry and told them what I have learned. I then ask for an investigation to get this issue resolved with Lincoln Family dentistry and get me an approval for this extraction by the time I got the approval my insurance was expired and I had to redo it during which the covid-19 came in thus I lost the the appointment and had to go all over again . Today 3/25/22 after the tooth began to give me problem again I call this office for an appointment only to learn that they would not see me again. They are denying me service because I had them investigated which found them at fault for the denial of my extraction thus causing me pain and sufferings. Be careful that you do not find yourself in a situation like this, and to let you know that you will be penalized for speak up for your rights. I also found out that since they came to this decision they should have send me a release letter which to this date they have not done so because I did not received one or I wouldn't have called their office for an appointment.. The dentist is very kind and always make sure that you are comfortable and okay. I feel at home and safe putting my teeth under the care of the Doctors of this office. Everyone is so nice and amazing in their own way. The doctors are superb and always answer any questions that you have. Yvette is such a sweetheart. I would recommend anyone to go here.
