Posted On: 10/09/2021 I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst dental that I have attended. When I went for my first visit, the staff was friendly. On my second appointment, I was scheduled for a filling, and when I showed up, they did not want to fill my cavity. The manager was rude and lying to my mother and I. This is not how you are supposed to treat your patients. The manager had said the dentist is 'in an emergency surgery' , but he was hustling to go home. The dentist had seen my mother, and then I was the next appointment, so I know he was not in an emergency surgery. After my mother and I complained, the dentist walked in and started to do my filling. I scheduled another appointment for my second cavity to be filled, and when my mother called to confirm the appointment yesterday, they said they will no longer be seeing me anymore. This is unbelievable, I did nothing wrong. I was scheduled for an appointment and they just say I don't have that appointment anymore and they will no longer be seeing me. I do not understand why they will not see me anymore, when I did nothing wrong. It was a mistake on their part and they will not accept that. After my appointment, I left and was waiting in front the dental for a pick up, and we saw the dentist rushing out to his car. Chan

Posted On: 04/11/2021 Please rethink choosing this office your dental needs. I had a horrible experience, the manager refused to see what was happening with my cavity while I’m pregnant twice, I went into the office both times with severe pain. It has been 4 weeks since I have asked for my dental record & I keep getting the excuses such as the person responsible for sending it to me is on vacation.. the front desk are completely unaware of what going on in the office or with the patients chart. I don’t typically leave reviews but thought this is needed as this office caused me a lot of pain in my pregnancy when it could have been avoided. I did get clearance from OB to go ahead with dental work (instead of management telling me this, I found this out from an attorney I needed clearance from OB)
They’re into the money & not at all compassionate for the needs of their patients. I will never and I do regret having them as my dentist. Hope this review makes u rethink utilizing their services. Samantha S

They gave me suggestions to better my health without making me feel like I was being pressured into spending money. Lincoln family dental care is by far the best medical attention I have received for orthodontics work. The personnel there are professional efficient and accountable. Saad was super helpful. I feel at home and safe putting my teeth under the care of the Doctors that form part of this office . Thanks for all you do , cause a great smile goes a long way !! Nida M

I liked that she introduced herself and mentioned what would be done today. But, The cleaning literally lasted 10mins which was disappointing. It didn’t feel thorough. Princesca

Posted On: 02/24/2021 I routinely scheduled cleanings here every six months. I have a consultation/dental exam scheduled. I had an 11:00 am appt. Its 1:33pm. I have seen 5 patients for cleaning who came in after me left before me. After this visit i am changing dental office. Heads up, clear your calendar if your going to this location because chances are you will leave without get seen. Alicia A

Posted On: 01/21/2021 So unprofessional!! I have gotten my appointment cancelled by them so many times just because the dentist wants to leave early. A few weeks ago i went into the office and they told me the wait time was 4 hours because of an emergency patient. This place absolutely ridiculous. If it were possible I would give negative stars.
